Model Requirements:
Must be 21 Years of age or older
Pay $150 Booking Fee (Transferable to credit towards any package, a la carte items not applicable to this credit)
Be available on a WEEK NIGHT in OCTOBER 2021
Sign a Model Release Form acknowledging my right to use all images publicly
Be willing to post your photos on your social media accounts
